Refund policy

At Label Thea, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has another eligible issue, please contact us.

1. Eligibility for Returns

A return request may be considered in cases such as:

  • Damaged product received
  • Defective product received
  • Incorrect product received
  • Missing product from an order

The product must be unused and in its original condition with the original packaging, tags, and other applicable accessories.

2. Return Request Period

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you believe your product has been damaged, is defective, or is incorrect.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

3. Unboxing Evidence

For damaged, incorrect, or missing-item claims, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video from the sealed package through the opening of the package.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the package
  • Photographs/videos of the product
  • Description of the issue

This helps us investigate the claim efficiently.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Products may not be eligible for return if:

  • They have been worn or used
  • They have been washed
  • Tags have been removed
  • The product has been damaged after delivery
  • The product has been altered
  • The original packaging is missing
  • The return request is made outside the applicable return period

5. Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will determine the appropriate resolution.

If a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

Where applicable, an exchange may be offered depending on product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, another appropriate resolution may be offered.

7. Sale Items

Products purchased during special promotions or sale events may have different return or exchange conditions. Such conditions will be communicated on the relevant product or promotion page.

8. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error attributable to Label Thea, such as an incorrect product being dispatched.
